Description
Agave two-seater sofa, made from solid wood and upholstered with high-density polyurethane foam. Also available in custom sizes, with fabric or leather. Additional options include adjustable pillow firmness and a choice of different wooden legs.

Frame: solid beech wood construction, springy thanks to elastic rubber straps.
Structural filling: high-density polyurethane foam with varying densities, a flexible top layer that, combined with the bottom layer, provides increased softness over time.
Seat filling: high-resilience foam with variable density, covered with soft, channelled goose down. Removable seat cover.
MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and international expansion.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic and fabric, which heralded success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products inspired by the past, with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution worldwide and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution, leading the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of a 3D archive of models ready for AR/VR experiences.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s eldest daughter, joined the company as head of communications and quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the brand continues to evolve with over fifty years of experience, where artisanal craftsmanship and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
