How Casa +39 furniture is made

Lacquered wardrobes: carpentry panels and/or panels (doors) made from chipboard with EDGE of variable thickness 25mm, BASES 25mm, COVERS 25mm, SHELVES 35 / 25mm, BACK 5mm,

DOORS 30/25 / 20mm. Painted with low-emission paints, painting and finishing at coverage levels of 15-25-35-50 Gloss. External side: lacquered / patinated with handcrafted decorations. Longons in E1-type wood-based agglomerate with low formaldehyde content. External/internal side: lacquered/patinated with handcrafted decorations, with a frame made from wood pulp.

Carved beds

Carved beds Puccini, Chopin, Beatrice, Rossini, Bellini, Diamante, Verdi, Vivaldi: constructed from solid wood. Gilded in gold/silver leaf or lacquered.

Where applicable. Gilding/silvering achieved with catalyzed base, water mission, gold/silver leaf, shellac, and water patina.

Chest of drawers, nightstands, and lacquered storage in the living/sleeping area: E1-type low-formaldehyde wood agglomerate, veneered and lacquered/patinated MDF on top.
