How was Porta Romana founded?
The brand dates back to 1988 and a small workshop in London. The ambitions of the people who created these items led to the company's growth. The real success came from new British artisans who inspired the original creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global manufacturer.
How are Porta Romana product designs developed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. Artists discuss their projects with craftsmen to create designer pieces. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, each with its own unique character and style. The process of creating these products is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics and later evolving into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the creations meet the highest standards.
