The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products. Therefore, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. Changes are highly welcomed, provided they do not conflict with the existing vision and can pass long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized groups of artisans; they are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials including buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that although their knives are designed for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
