Description
Designer projects combined with glass material create the image of the company L.A. Vetreria.
Architect Gianni Appiani, a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Milan, is now the sole owner of L.A. Vetreria, a brand founded by his father Luigi in 1950, specializing in glass manufacturing. Following in his footsteps in 1980, he was able to develop a comprehensive furniture catalog and establish a sales network in many European countries and beyond. Today, exports account for 70% of production. Additionally, a network of qualified suppliers showcases L.A. Vetreria products throughout all regions of Italy. Thanks to its expertise in glass processing, L.A. Vetreria creates and offers exclusive furniture pieces with high reliability and refined design. Highlighting the purity of glass, the collection of dining and coffee tables, consoles, TV carts, nightstands, mirrors, shelves, display cases, and bookcases offers a wide range of interesting furnishing solutions.
The apparent fragility of the material presents a challenge and stimulates continuous experimentation and the search for new products. The shapes of curved glass can be either a bold statement or a discreet, neutral presence. Constant collaboration with architects and young designers confirms the brand’s proven design skills and combines them with the latest technologies, enabling the realization of ideas, solutions, and products that emphasize the beauty of glass, sometimes masterfully combined with wood or metal.
Over time, L.A. Vetreria has established its position in both the domestic and international markets as one of the leading producers of complementary furniture. With 60 years of experience, L.A. Vetreria continues to seek a balance between tradition and advanced innovation, always paying attention to market demands.
