In 1965, Italian entrepreneur Diego Piva opened a workshop where he crafted the finest traditional wooden chairs. His craftsmanship was quickly recognized. The small carpentry workshop expanded into new projects while maintaining the same high standards: it became an Italian furniture company that continuously developed.
Diego's knowledge and skills were rewarded for dedicating his life to something meaningful, which grew over the years like a child. After many years, Diego Piva decided to pass management to three long-time collaborators: Massimo, Federico, and Luca. Today, they run an Italian manufacturing facility that aims to realize an original philosophy while embracing innovation. The new leadership took the company into their hands, revitalizing the product range with great effort and determination, and approaching the furniture market with a fresh spirit. In addition to traditional Italian chair manufacturing, they introduced many new designer chairs and armchairs in contemporary and modern styles.
Luxurious chairs alone were not enough to satisfy the ever-growing demand for high-quality Italian furniture. Soon, the range was expanded to include sofas, tables, coffee tables, cabinets, and bedroom furniture.
The company has exhibited at the most renowned Italian furniture fairs worldwide, including Salone del Mobile Milano, for 35 consecutive years since its first participation in 1985. Today, Sevensedie is recognized worldwide for its distinctive Italian furniture collections, capable of meeting any demand from classic to modern and contemporary styles.
