Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer producing exclusive furniture, closely linked to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding to cosmic furniture designs worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell in love with them. They are deeply connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. You can see a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. The exclusive style is complemented by high-quality materials, which we can freely select according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of stylish tables or consoles often reflect the roots of large trees. This is a very peculiar blend and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
