Traforata is a replica baroque-style chair with a carved beechwood frame. The seat is upholstered with tape and the highest quality foam, and the backrest is traditionally tufted. Perfect for contract use, it can be reinforced with additional side rails or "U" stretchers, making it an ideal contract chair. The upholstery can be customized with nails, weaving, double tensioners, or tensioners. 100% made in Italy.

In 1965, Italian entrepreneur Diego Piva opened a workshop where he created the finest: classic wooden chairs. His work was quickly appreciated. Diego's knowledge and skills were rewarded for dedicating his life to something meaningful, which over the years never stopped growing (like a child). After years, Diego Piva decided to pass management to three long-time collaborators: Massimo, Federico, and Luca. Today, they run an Italian manufacturing company that aims to realize an original philosophy but combines it with innovation. The new management took the company into their hands, revitalized the product range with great effort and determination, and approached the furniture market with a new spirit. In addition to traditional Italian chair manufacturing, many new designer chairs and armchairs in contemporary and modern styles have been introduced.

Elegant chairs alone were not enough to satisfy the ever-growing demand for high-quality Italian furniture. Soon, the range was expanded to include sofas, tables, coffee tables, cabinets, and bedroom furniture.
