How was Porta Romana founded?
The company's origins date back to 1988 in a small London workshop. The ambitions of the people designing these products led to the brand's growth. The real breakthrough came with new British artisans who inspired the original creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global company.
How are Porta Romana product designs developed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. The artists discuss their projects with the craftsmen to create designer pieces. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, each with its own unique character and style. The process of creating these pieces is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics that later evolve into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the products meet the brand's rigorous standards.
