In the Highlands model, there are four color variants, each available in the Modern category. Now we present a winter-inspired model (Winter version), made from Himalayan wool—rich in lanolin—and silk yarn.
Although applied arts are often marginalized, products from this brand are a perfect example that they can rival the most magnificent symphony. Delicate yet durable, soft, shiny, stain-resistant, and one-of-a-kind – we proudly introduce the W&W rugs.
The origins of the New York-based Warp & Weft brand date back to 2001. At that time, Michael Mandapati decided to establish an exclusive company. The rugs are crafted using raw materials such as Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, as well as nettles, hemp, or linen. Dyeing is primarily done with plants, which will appeal to eco-conscious consumers.
Each product is handmade in Nepal by highly skilled artisans. Afterwards, the rugs are shipped to Switzerland, where they are finished to achieve their final appearance. Thanks to increased lanolin content, these products are softer, more stain-resistant, and have a distinctive shine.
