Model name - Incroci - means "crossings" in Italian. Indeed, in this case, we are dealing with lines that intersect to create a pattern of fitting rhombuses.
The GPC name was created in memory of a great Italian artist, and the company was launched as part of the Gio Ponti Archives collaboration with Amini Carpets.
Inspired by the works of the late Italian architect Gio Ponti, who passed away nearly four decades ago, an exceptional company was established. All products bearing the GPC logo are handcrafted from natural materials: Tibetan wool and silk.
Vivid colors and high-quality raw materials reflect the style of this Italian architect. The same applies to the unique designs, which include geometric patterns as well as individual shapes: circles, hexagons, triangles, and straight and zigzag lines.
Gio Ponti himself, who lived from 1891 to 1979, is mainly remembered as the creator of the Pirelli Tower project in his hometown, despite many other successes.
