Tips:
1. Baking in the oven is safe for products up to 230°C (450°F).
2. Due to high thermal conductivity, these products usually do not require full stove power, but about 50-75%. For gas stoves, we recommend placing pots on a weaker flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When seasoning, especially with salt, water must be heated. Adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion.
Recommendations:
1. Let pots and pans cool down before washing.
2. Do not wash copper pots in the dishwasher.
3. We do not recommend using cleaning products containing bleach.
4. We suggest washing with lukewarm water and detergent. After washing, dry the pots immediately with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may appear on the copper. This does not affect the cooking process.
