Choosing between gold nibs with a diameter of 6 mm and 8 mm allows for a personalized journey through the art of writing. *The true essence of this art reveals itself in the specially crafted thin, medium, and broad “Kodachi” nibs, masterfully carved by master Yukio Nagahara. As the heir to the tradition of excellence in nib manufacturing, master Nagahara elevated the “La Fenice” nib to a symbol of sophistication and precision.

Leonardo offers a new collection made from ebonite, a special limited edition that features one of the oldest and most fascinating techniques used in writing instruments, guilloché, in this case of Italian origin.
The previous two editions showcased French guilloché and Art Deco style decoration. For the latest “Audace,” we chose to emphasize the Art Nouveau movement, also known as Liberty style or Jugendstil in Germany and Switzerland.

The meaning of the word Audace: This term is closely related to our productive and creative work, embodying creativity and the courage to break conventions, while maintaining a strong connection to the roots of the country that hosts and inspires us—Italy.

Guilloché is soft and elegant, featuring a large wave motif “Ondona”.
