MARIONI is a family history
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting from ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its interior accessories lines, paying close attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. After Paolo’s premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and international expansion. The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution worldwide and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution, leading the company to face new digitalization challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s daughter, joined the company as head of communications and quality, marking further generational evolution. Thus, the company moves into the present with fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
