Floriano Quaia opened his first carpentry workshop. It was essentially a small studio where furniture was made to ensure very high durability. Later, Bernardo Quaia, Floriano’s son, laid the foundations of the company, where the first decorative furniture pieces would later be created. Francesco, Bernardo’s son, built the factory and established — using his surname — a true brand. Together with his brother Floriano, they created Quaia furniture.

During the 1980s, Francesco Quaia established the Oasis brand, specializing in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which later became part of the company's offer. At the turn of the millennium, a wave of change and fresh luxurious ideas infused the company through the next generation — Francesco’s three children: Francesca, Federica, and Lorenzo.
