History

In 1984, current CEO Antonio Mastella began distributing bathroom furniture. After some time, the new brand also started producing small quantities of units by assembling semi-finished components. The idea of “total quality,” which became ingrained in the founder’s “vision,” paved the way for the company’s transformation in 1991. A new headquarters of 5,000 m² was established, equipped with advanced machinery for the full production cycle. At the same time, the company began seeking opportunities abroad, participating in international trade fairs. It soon proved to be a successful move, especially in Germany, which immediately appreciated Mastella’s distinctive products and services, as well as their reliability.

In 2008, the manufacturing plant doubled in size with an additional 5,000 m² and was equipped with a new machinery park, adhering to high-quality standards. Today, Mastella’s bathroom furniture is appreciated not only in German-speaking countries, where early clients highly value their founding principles, but also in many other countries worldwide, where their prestigious vanities and accessories truly stand out in high-end projects.

Quality is regarded as a comprehensive concept by the company, relating not only to the product itself but also to the entire business—choices and decisions regarding suppliers, materials, the production cycle, functionality, reliability, lead time forecasting, packaging, installation, training, and communication.

Design

Even if bathroom fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, or other accessories are created by external designers, the company’s know-how is utilized throughout the design process. Regarding furniture manufacturing, thanks to over thirty years of experience in industrial management, the “research, development, and design” department is at the forefront to ensure consistency in features such as functionality, storage capacity, and modularity of collections.
