Francesco, Bernardo’s son, built the factory and created—using his surname—a true brand. Together with his brother Floriano, they developed Quaia furniture.

In the 1980s, Francesco Quaia established the Oasis brand, specializing in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which later became part of the company's offerings. At the turn of the millennium, a wave of change and fresh luxury ideas transformed the company into the next generation, with Francesco’s three children: Francesca, Federica, and Lorenzo.
