In 1926, Dante Scapigliati opened his confectionery in Florence, leveraging his experience in the production of biscuits and baked goods gained through years spent at the cookie factory “Digerini e Marinai”. Dealing with a modern consumer society, his son Giorgio was able to preserve the artisanal quality of the product on one hand, and respect the need for higher production on the other. This was achieved through the design of certain machines that faithfully replicate the "handmade method".

Today, Giorgio Scapigliati’s sons, Roberto and Daniele, continue the confectionery tradition passed down through the family with respect, passion, and dedication. Their daily work is guided by the pursuit of high-quality ingredients and continuous recipe refinement.
