Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer creating elegant furniture, closely linked to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding to cosmic furniture designs worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features captivating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell in love with them. They are closely connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. There is a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. The luxurious style is complemented by high-quality materials, which can be freely selected according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very enchanting mix and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features exceptionally modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are luxurious furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes. They appear very lightweight and perfectly complement any designer interior. Simplicity and slender lines provide every design enthusiast with a solid dose of functional art.
