Luigi Bigoloni founded the company Manital in 1990 in Vobarno, a small town in the province of Brescia, a region known worldwide for metalworking and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, Bigoloni laid the foundations of the company's philosophy: a passion for design, attention to detail, and the pursuit of innovation.
The 1990s were an excellent opportunity to develop and implement state-of-the-art technologies for handle production, by introducing new production systems focused on robotics and automation, a semi-automatic assembly system, and a computerized warehouse management system.
The application of cutting-edge industrial technologies allows for perfection in the production cycle, waste reduction, and quality optimization. However, the manual craftsmanship, which represents the cultural heritage of the Brescia Valleys, still remains in Manital's production.
BRASS

ZINC ALLOY
The zinc processing involves reduced energy consumption and minimal emissions into the atmosphere. Moreover, it can be remelted and reused multiple times without losing its original properties, and any waste generated in the production process is fully recyclable.
FINISHES
The Italian brand Manital offers a variety of galvanic and PVD finishes. The galvanic finishing process coats the base metal of the handle with a different type of metal, making it more resistant and durable. Galvanic finishes are offered in colors: chrome, nickel, bronze, brass. PVD technology, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is achieved by evaporating metals in a vacuum and depositing particles on the handle, providing strong aesthetic, technical, and ecological properties.
