Its core value is fidelity to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of these skilled artisans.

The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of their staff. However, this does not mean that the Italian family is closed to change. Changes are welcome as long as they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can meet long-term quality standards.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized artisan sections, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The owners recommend that, although designed for daily use, their products should be treated with proper respect, which ensures their longevity. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
