Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer creating stylish furniture, closely connected to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding to offer unconventional furniture worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell in love with them. They are deeply connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. You can see a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials, which we can freely choose according to our individual projects. Sculptures forming a whole with minimalist shapes make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often reflect the roots of large trees. This is a very charming blend and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features exceptionally modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are exclusive pieces of furniture with simple and fresh shapes.
