Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer creating stylish furniture, closely connected to its creator. Since 1989, the owner began with sculptures, later expanding to offer unconventional furniture worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell in love with them. They are deeply connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. A clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving is evident. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials, which we can freely select according to our individual projects. Sculptures integrated with minimalist forms create a stunning visual impact. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very charming blend and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features exceptionally modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are exclusive pieces with simple, fresh shapes.
