It all began in the 19th century with the production of traditional Scottish musical instruments, such as kobzas.
The company was founded in 1879 and already had a solid reputation in the market, known for producing precise and accurate musical instruments. Over time, changing consumer demands prompted a shift in the company's strategy.
The main production focus shifted to traditional Scottish attire – belts, kilts, handbags. During that period, Dalvey mainly specialized in leather goods. It was also during this time that the idea of the Dalvey brand was born – exclusive accessories for the business world. In 1990, the company moved its headquarters from Glasgow to Alness, a small mountain town. Production relies on the finest Italian leathers and high-quality stainless steel. A young and highly talented team of designers introduces new products to the market each year and expands the Dalvey brand assortment. This excellent brand appeared on the Polish market in 2006.
