In fact, you can choose a single color for the top and structure or a blend of colors in perfect chromatic harmony. The top can be made from melamine wood, matte or glossy lacquered glass, marble, Fenix ​​NTM®, and veneered wood. Prof Office was established in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the company's economic development and growth path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. With the input of architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this enables offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for any workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with its plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specializing in the production of office furniture, is equipped for operations in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm to new offices, and 830 sqm to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing plant produces exclusively in Falzè di Piave, Treviso, and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved with new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success by continuously blending tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling the integration of reliability, inventory reduction, and improvements in quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, primarily in the local manufacturing district where most raw material and semi-finished supplier companies are located. All products are designed and made entirely in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

It is continuously updated in line with technological and legislative evolution. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

Prof's high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to ecological issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards compliant with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions for both raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof's commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to affirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its activities and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "eco-friendly" strategy, emphasizing its values of "sustainability" and "responsibility," and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.
