Falk Culinair has been managed by the Van Achter family since 1958, making it a company with strong roots and a long tradition.
Tips:
1. Baking in the oven is safe up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
2. Due to high thermal conductivity, these products generally do not require full power on an electric stove, but about 50-75% of the power. For gas stoves, we recommend placing the pots on a lower flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When seasoning dishes, especially salting, ensure the water is warm. Adding salt to a pot with cold water will cause pitting corrosion.
Recommendations:
1. Allow utensils to cool before washing.
2. Do not put copper pots in the dishwasher.
3. Do not use cleaning products containing bleach.
4. It is recommended to wash with lukewarm water and detergent. After washing, immediately wipe with a soft cloth.
