How was the Porta Romana brand founded?
The company's origins date back to 1988 and a small London workshop. The ambitions of the people crafting these products led to the company's growth. The true breakthrough came with the new British artisans who inspired the original creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global company.
How are Porta Romana product designs developed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. Artists discuss their concepts with craftsmen to create innovative products. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, each with its own unique character and style. The creation process is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics that later evolve into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the products meet the highest standards.
