We are pleased to present the exceptionally luxurious company Ongaro & Fuga, founded in 1954 by Franco Fuga and his wife Tullia Ongaro. The combination of these two incredibly creative individuals brought a distinctive and fresh perspective to art. They proudly emphasize that Ongaro & Fuga is a centuries-old tradition that revives the magic and prestigious Venetian mirrors.
Their talent was inherited by their son Julian, who continues the family traditions. By collaborating with outstanding artists and designers, he builds a bridge to the future. This is a significant nod to family traditions and multi-generational manufactories. Julian believes that every cloud or colorful Italian facade reflected in the waters of the lagoon provides vibrant material for new projects. Many of these elite mirrors are faithful reproductions of antique products. Ongaro & Fuga is part of Consorzio Promovetro di Murano – a very important consortium that is a member of Confartigianato Venezia and Confindustria Venezia. For over twenty years, it has been working to strengthen the image of artistic glass to preserve and defend the thousand-year-old art of Murano glass. This is an extremely important initiative that does a lot of good for cultural heritage. Ongaro and Fuga are proud of the Promovetro certificate for producing their mirrors in Murano.

It is an extraordinary product in its essence. The reflection of this beauty is a very long process. It is a labor of hands, heart, and soul. Everything starts with a drawing on paper. Then the glass is slowly adapted to the shapes. Using very gently and smoothly diamond grinding stones. Step by step, refining sharp edges and irregularities. And so, from a brilliant idea, an exclusive harmony is created, combining tradition with modernity!
