The Fort Street Studio brand is associated with the highest quality silk yarns and threads, meticulous color matching, and a unique approach to dyeing yarns. Each rug from this brand is crafted with care, serving as a work of art and a synergy of artistic mastery and functional aesthetics.
The company Fort Street Studio was founded by two artists – Janis Provisor and Brada Davis, who infused their passion for art into interior design. Before they dedicated themselves to building the brand from scratch, their works were exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, and Albright Knox Gallery.
Thanks to their great creativity and exceptional skills, a brand was created that stands out from all others – based on unusual, inventive patterns and carefully selected materials. Fort Street Studio’s name comes from the street where the artists’ house was located – for over two decades, it has set new trends in interior design. The brand has showcased its products at fairs in Paris, London, and Milan, and in 2010, it established a collaboration with the French department store Hermès.
