Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The best quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are made, among others, from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.
