Francesco, Bernardo's son, builds the factory and creates - using his surname - a true brand. Together with his brother Floriano, he creates Quaia furniture.

During the 1980s, Francesco Quaia establishes the Oasis brand, specializing in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which then becomes part of the company's offerings.
