After producing the first model, molds are made for the production of final products. Thus begins the long-term process of creating this wonderful ceramics. 

It all started when Bruno Costenaro, born in Bassano in 1940, began learning the secrets of ceramics. He was thirteen at the time and worked in companies in Marostica and Cassola. At the age of twenty, he decided to create exclusive Italian ceramics, first with two partners in the town of Vallonara, and then independently in the town of Pianezze. 

Over the years, demand for his products grew, and the company moved to Molvena. Initially, the small production took place in the basement of his new residence, and later, after many setbacks, he built a workshop adjacent to his home, where he still works today. This shows that family-run manufactories are thriving and creating true luxury. The strength of the manufactory was extraordinary, thanks to the level of creativity, innovation, their interest in export, and the company's ability to overcome crises in this business sector, providing employment over the years to about seventy collaborators, whom Costenaro taught the trade: among them his children, who continue the business. 

On March 26, 2000, Bruno Costenaro received the honorary title of master craftsman of the province of Vicenza; in tribute to exemplary conduct both personally and professionally, distinguished by his commitment to work and generosity in passing on techniques and values to future generations. To date, the Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro brand has had the advantage of being one of the most prestigious ceramic factories in the area, always looking to the future, conducting research to satisfy its customers by providing them with high-quality artistic products. 

What is the process of creating this luxurious ceramics? 

Each piece of ceramics from the mold is then hand-finished. Lacquered using the "a bagno" (dipping) method, according to the colors chosen by the client (for example: white, black, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green), and then fired at a temperature of 1020. 

At this temperature, the lacquer makes each item resistant and transparent. Finally, each piece is entirely hand-finished, thanks to the skills of Italian decorators who achieve refined details in gold and platinum. Fired at a temperature of 600 \ 700 degrees, the final product is obtained, delicate in craftsmanship and carefully finished in every detail. After polishing, each item is marked, and then a quality certificate from the factory is placed in a small package. The products are packed in cardboard boxes using a modern packing machine that creates soft cushions wrapping the delicate items. 

Thanks to this modern packaging method, there is never a problem with damaged goods or destroyed items. However, all cardboard boxes are included in a euro pallet (width 80 cm x depth 120 cm), ensuring the goods are safer and there is no issue with missing items. Upon arrival of the product, the client can attest to the quality of the received product, having purchased an item from Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro. 

Today, the brand has expanded to include: gifts, complete series consisting of central elements, baskets, vases, picture frames, ashtrays, plates, lamps, columns, cachepots, mirrors, panels, candlesticks, clocks, tables, and swans.
