The brand dates back to 1988 and a small London workshop. The ambitions of the people who created these products led to the brand's growth. The real success came from new British artisans who inspired the original creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global brand.
How are Porta Romana product designs developed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. Artists discuss their projects with craftsmen to create innovative products. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, each with its own unique character and style. The process of creating these pieces is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics that are later transformed into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the creations meet the highest standards.
