In 1965, Italian entrepreneur Diego Piva opened a workshop where he built the best: traditional wooden chairs. The quality of his work was quickly appreciated. A small carpentry workshop opened up to new projects while maintaining the same high quality: it became an Italian furniture company that continually developed.

Diego's knowledge and skills were rewarded for dedicating his life to something important, which never stopped growing over the years (like a child). After years, at the helm of the brand, Diego Piva decided to entrust management to three long-time collaborators: Massimo, Federico, and Luca. Today, they run an Italian manufacturing company that aims to realize an original philosophy but combines it with innovation. The new management took the company into their hands, revitalized the product range with great effort and determination, and began approaching the furniture market with a new spirit. Besides classic Italian production of chairs, they introduced many new designer chairs and armchairs in contemporary and modern styles.

Elegant chairs alone were not enough to satisfy the ever-growing demand for high-quality Italian furniture. Soon, the assortment was expanded to include sofas, tables, coffee tables, cabinets, and bedroom furniture.

The company has been exhibiting at the most famous Italian furniture fairs worldwide, I Saloni Milano, for 35 consecutive years since its first participation in 1985. Today, Sevensedie is recognized worldwide thanks to its characteristic Italian furniture collections, which can meet every demand from classic to modern and contemporary styles.
