To achieve high-quality products, materials and processes must be the best available, with each phase following specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The elements are then assembled using dowel and mortise-and-tenon joints, epoxy adhesives, and steel screws, and finally covered with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a cycle of heating and cooling, in neutral or mass-colored hues.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.
