Louise is a collection of planters, umbrella stands, and waste paper bins. Elegant and refined accessories become true interior design elements, perfectly suited for work and home environments. The construction is painted in metal in various shades presented in the catalog. The surface finish is made of glass imitating marble or in a solid color, with a diamond or antitouch effect, to reproduce tone-on-tone or with chromatic contrast. To facilitate movement, they are equipped with fully retractable wheels.

FLOWER BOX is available in square and rectangular three-dimensional variants, for use individually or combined into compositions.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family business rooted in the industrial reality of northeastern Italy, designing elegant office furniture systems deeply embedded in the Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the company's economic growth and development path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from stylish execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specializing in the production of office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehouse, and shipping of finished products. The main building houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The brand manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave plant in Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network is developed within Italy, mainly in the local production district where most raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof's factory, every piece of furniture results from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy, expressed through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers and continuously updated with technological and legislative evolution. Prof models are entirely designed and produced in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

Prof can propose and execute personalized services on standard production models: from the manufacturing of oversized elements, through the search for new materials and finishes, to sample and prototype creation. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in the field of custom consumables, from small and medium projects to excellent personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical support and after-sales services along with full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s high production flexibility allows, in addition to series production, the realization of custom-defined projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely individual finishes.
Careful advice at every stage of implementation: a targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction step-by-step until final installation.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to ecological issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. Starting from carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certificate in 2012 confirms Prof’s concrete commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, with ongoing improvements. In 2015, during the same period as the company's twenty-year anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park using biodegradable cardboard, enabling customized training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products allows for significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers and subsequently recycled.
