The crystal from Arnstadt contains 24% lead oxide. Thanks to this composition, the product feels more delicate to the touch and has a higher density during manufacturing, which translates into better durability and strength.
Arnstadt Kristall – luxury in a crystal edition!
The presented vase is 25 cm tall and features decorations made from 21-karat gold, adding even more elegance.
In 1947, Master of manual arts Heinrich Arlt decided to establish a glass processing manufactory. Shortly after World War II, Heinrich and his family decided to move to Arnstadt, where he realized his goal of founding a family business.
Over time, the small workshop grew into a medium-sized enterprise and replaced traditional glass with a more refined product – crystal.
Today, the manufactory is no longer located in Arnstadt itself but has been moved north of the city. Here, the workshop continues to produce crystal works under the supervision of the founder’s daughter, Gerd Heller.
