Finishes in genuine wood in warmer, more inviting shades, elegant solid colors with innovative, high-performance materials, leather, and noble marbles, combined with metallic details in brass finishes that create a striking visual impact. To complete the design, valuable details enhance the channeling functions, with pull-out shelves and retractable elements featuring unique custom solutions. LOW TABLES are available in three sizes, rectangular and square, for individual use or for versatile combinations. Elegant and functional thanks to refined material thicknesses and finishes. The structure is primarily made of wood and solid color. The thick top is available in marble, leather, essence, wood, and in a uniform color. The interior is covered on three sides with brushed brass-finished sheet metal, a precious detail that characterizes the entire collection.

Prof Office was founded in 1995, drawing on experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over the past twenty years, the company's economic growth and development have enabled it to look toward the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important industrial furniture districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm to new offices, and 830 sqm to a new showroom.

At the Prof factory, every element of equipment stems from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of the workplace. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is expressed through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers, continuously updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are fully designed and manufactured in Italy, in full compliance with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, from small and medium projects to excellent personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's high production flexibility allows, in addition to series production, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely personalized finishes. Careful advice at every stage of implementation: targeted design, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail, culminating in construction step-by-step until final installation. Production is fully adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling increasingly concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Professor's specific commitment to establishing his own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the same twenty-year period of the company, Prof introduced a new green label to confirm and identify his commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of his business and production growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "eco-friendly" strategy, confirming its values of "sustainable" and "responsible," by choosing a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECOPACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park made of biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products enables significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.

Demonstrating a commitment to quality, Prof obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification and adheres to international standards of quality in design, development, production, and customer service.
