Electric Dehydrator Graef DA 2042 is designed for drying with precisely adjustable temperature ranges from 35 to 80 degrees, including fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, flowers, herbs, meats, and fish. Drying products preserves their nutritional and flavor qualities, as well as vitamins and minerals. It is one of the oldest methods of food preservation.
Temperature and time control system ensures uniform drying results, even heat distribution, and an automatic cooling function after the drying process. Combined with high-quality craftsmanship, this makes it an essential appliance in a modern kitchen. The set includes 4 stainless steel racks for drying products (240 x 195 mm), 1 silicone mat, and a storage container.
