All applications made from 24-karat gold are handcrafted by our master glassmakers using the ancient Venetian Murano glass art, consisting of 2 pendant lamps with shepherd's leaves. They are simple to make but require a lengthy finishing process because the strong addition of pure gold leads the master through several stages in the furnace to ensure the glass remains at a high temperature, preventing stresses caused by the gold alloy that could damage the glass.
24-karat gold gives the chandelier a bright and distinctive character. The gold used is 24-karat because it can withstand high temperatures, up to 1100°C, in Murano glass furnaces, preserving its purity and beauty.
