HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of toothpaste, the size of a hazelnut, onto the toothbrush. Hold the toothbrush like a pencil. Place it at a 45-degree angle to the tooth and gum line. Clean your teeth with circular motions, moving the toothbrush slightly over the teeth and gums.

Take a piece of floss 30 cm long, fold it in half, and tie it into a loop with a double knot. Hold the loop with four fingers of one hand and the thumb of the other. Gently clean the interdental spaces.
