HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of paste, about the size of a hazelnut, onto the brush. Hold the brush like a pencil. Place it at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. Clean the teeth with circular motions, moving the brush slightly over the teeth and gums.

Take a piece of floss about 30 cm long, fold it in half, and tie it into a double knot. Hold the loop with four fingers of one hand and the thumb of the other. Gently clean between the teeth.
