On the Esagoni model in the Coral Red color variant, there are regular hexagons composed of congruent equilateral triangles. They appear in four shades: cream, light gray, dark gray, and coral.
The Gio Ponti Collection brand was created — in reference to the name of the great architect from Milan — as a result of collaboration between Gio Ponti Archives and Amini Carpets.
Inspired by the works of the Italian artist Gio Ponti, who has been deceased for over thirty years, an extraordinary brand was brought to life. Products under the GPC logo are handcrafted. Additionally, they are made from natural raw materials: Tibetan wool and silk.
Vivid colors and the highest quality materials reflect the style of the Italian architect. For this reason, the patterns include geometric designs, as well as individual shapes: circles, hexagons, triangles, and straight and zigzag lines.
Gio Ponti himself, who lived from 1891 to 1979, despite many artistic successes, is most famously associated with the design of the Pirelli Tower in Milan.
