The origins of the New York-based brand Warp & Weft date back to 2001. Wool from the Himalayas, mulberry silk, nettles, hemp, and linen are used in the production of the rugs. Their dyeing mainly involves plants, which is a very eco-friendly processing method and will surely appeal to all those who care about ecology.
All products are made in Nepal, where highly skilled artisans craft them by hand. Then, the rugs are sent to Switzerland, where they are finished, giving them their final appearance. Thanks to increased lanolin content, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and acquire a unique shine.
