Description
Ethnos Center Table is a contemporary piece with an ethnic accent, featuring smooth intersections crafted similarly to its inspiration: traditional Arabic patterns in Norman Foster's first African design.
Following Foster's principle of embedding his designs into their environment in the most organic way, the modern Ethnos company table naturally resides in lively, ethnic, and luxurious living rooms.
Our experienced artisans combine gold leaf on its outer structure with a rattan weave and smoked mirror on top, integrating all elements that evoke a sense of culture, craftsmanship, and luxury.
Malabar Factory was established in 2012, launching a wide range of decorative Fado guitars and the elegant World Architects furniture collection. It has designed and released a total of 5 exceptional furniture and accessory series.
Malabar has left its mark at the most prestigious international fairs, such as 100% Design London, Maison & Objet, Decorex, Stockholm Furniture Fair, and Seoul International. These are among the top venues for showcasing.
Malabar furniture production originates from the Porto area, in northern Portugal, a region with a long-standing tradition of handcrafted products.
The identity of this exclusive brand is rooted in the architectural and artistic heritage of the past five centuries.
International experience and a pursuit of perfection are the details that define such original companies. Emotions, handcrafted work, and space-inspired design create an explosive mix of elegant furniture.
The various techniques used to produce natural wood products yield incredible effects, as seen in Malabar's exceptional collections. An important aspect of the design is the combination of neutral and black colors.
Vivid and bold hues dominate, significantly diverging from classic and stereotypical furniture.
Besides wood, the manufacturer uses brass, gold and silver leaf, and other high-quality raw materials.
The Portuguese soul is very colorful and fascinating, clearly reflected in the daring furniture designs.
The company's name derives from Malabar black pepper. Along with other spices, it changed the course of trade history with the discovery of the Cape. The value of original spices prompted Portuguese merchants to chart a bold sea route.
This remains true today, as Malabar continues to set highly individual design boundaries and evokes strong emotions with its projects. They are very liberated, seductive, daring, and extremely exclusive.
And these are the kinds of products we love and introduce on the My Luxury Products platform.
