The first steps of the New York brand W&W date back to 2001. It was then that Michael Mandapati decided to establish this extraordinary place.
The production uses, among other things, Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, as well as nettle, hemp, and linen. Plants are also used for dyeing, which is a very eco-friendly processing method and will appeal to all those who care about the ecosystem.
All products are made in Nepal, where highly skilled artisans craft them by hand. They are then sent to Switzerland, where they are finished, acquiring a unique appearance. Thanks to the increased lanolin content, these carpets are softer, more stain-resistant, and gain an exceptional sheen.
