It features a metal structure with a lightweight and essential design, perfectly harmonized with tops available in melamine, wood, Fenix, glossy glass, anti-touch, and printed finishes in all shades from the catalog. In the Dodici operational environment, it allows for the optimization and rationalization of the workspace, facilitating interaction and communication among people: multiple workstations, from simple units separated by screens, can become articulated workstations when integrated with containers, libraries, or Openwall partitions. A wide selection of finishes enables a pleasant combination of vibrant and lively or soft and subdued colors, matte surfaces, and wood.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that produces prestigious office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years of economic development and growth, Prof’s journey has allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and high quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from designer executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering complete and customized furnishing solutions for every workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important industrial furniture districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The furniture manufacturing plant is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehouse, and logistics of finished products. The main building houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm for new offices, and 830 sqm for a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The brand manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved with new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success by continuously blending tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof’s production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates within Italy, mainly within the local production district, where the majority of raw material and semi-finished supplier companies are located. All products are fully designed and manufactured in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof, every piece of furniture results from an understanding of the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy, expressed through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers and continuously updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and produced in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services based on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, exploring new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical support and after-sales services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s broad production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully customized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction process step-by-step until final installation.
The production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and rationalization of internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to ecological issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of its production activities on the environment, with ongoing improvements. In 2015, during the company’s twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to affirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park using biodegradable cardboard, enabling tailored training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products allows for significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers and subsequently recycled.
