It features a metal structure with a lightweight and essential design, perfectly harmonized with tops available in melamine, wood, Fenix, glossy glass, anti-touch, and printed finishes in all shades from the catalog. In the Dodici operational environment, it allows for the optimization and rationalization of the workspace, facilitating interaction and communication among people: multiple workstations, from simple units separated by screens, can become articulated workstations when integrated with containers, libraries, or Openwall partitions. A wide range of finishes enables a pleasant combination of intense and vibrant or soft and subdued colors, matte surfaces, and wood.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that produces prestigious office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the economic growth and development path of Prof have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the worldwide dissemination of Italian design and high quality. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from designer executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this enables offering complete and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of the most important industrial furniture districts in Europe. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The manufacturing plant, specialized in producing office furniture, is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The brand manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in Treviso and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and consolidate its success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof’s production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates within Italy, mainly in the local manufacturing district, where the majority of raw material and semi-finished component suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof, every element of furnishing results from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is expressed through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers, constantly updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING

Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including client requirement analysis, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services based on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, exploring new materials and finishes, to producing samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-conforming products and complaints, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during installation and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s broad production flexibility allows, in addition to mass production, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully customized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage of implementation: a targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in the construction step-by-step, up to the final installation.
The production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competitiveness through improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof., enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof emphasizes maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. Starting from carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions for both raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certificate in 2012 confirms Prof.’s specific commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the same period as the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging plant using biodegradable cardboard, enabling customized training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products allows significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers and subsequently recycled.
