After the first model is produced, molds are made for the final products. This marks the beginning of a long-term process in the creation of this exquisite ceramics.

Everything started when Bruno Costenaro, born in Bassano in 1940, began to learn the secrets of ceramics. At the age of thirteen, he worked in companies in Marostica and Cassola. By twenty, he decided to create captivating ceramics from Italy, initially with two partners in Vallonara, and later independently in Pianezze.

Over the years, demand for his products grew, and the brand moved to Molvena. Initially, a small-scale production took place in the basement of his new residence, which, after many setbacks, was followed by the construction of a workshop adjacent to his home, where he still works today. This demonstrates that family-run manufactories are thriving and creating true luxury. The strength of the workshop was extraordinary, thanks to its level of creativity, innovation, interest in export, and the company's ability to overcome crises in this business sector, providing employment over the years to about seventy collaborators, whom Costenaro trained in trade—including his children, who continue the business.

On March 26, 2000, Bruno Costenaro received the honorary title of master craftsman of the Vicenza province; as a tribute to his exemplary conduct both personally and professionally, he distinguished himself through dedication to work and generosity in passing on techniques and values to future generations. To this day, the Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro manufactory has been one of the most prestigious ceramic factories in the area, always looking to the future, conducting research to satisfy its clients, and delivering high-quality artistic products.

What does the process of creating this stylish ceramics look like?

Each piece of ceramic from the mold is then hand-finished. It is glazed using the “a bagno” method (dipping), according to the colors chosen by the customer (for example: white, black, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green), and then fired at a temperature of 1020°C.

At this temperature, the glaze makes each item durable and transparent. Finally, each element is entirely hand-finished, with the skill of Italian decorators achieving refined details in gold and platinum. Fired at a temperature of 600-700°C, the final product is delicate in craftsmanship and meticulously finished in every detail. After polishing, each piece is marked, and a factory quality certificate is placed in a small package. The products are packed into cardboard boxes using a modern packing machine that creates soft cushions to wrap delicate items.

Thanks to this modern packing method, there are never issues with damaged goods or broken items. However, all cardboard boxes are placed on Euro pallets (80 cm width x 120 cm depth), ensuring safer transport and preventing missing items. Upon receipt, the customer can attest to the quality of the product, having purchased an item from Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro.

Today, the brand has expanded to include: gifts, complete series consisting of centerpieces, baskets, vases, picture frames, ashtrays, plates, lamps, columns, cachepots, mirrors, panels, candleholders, clocks, tables, and swans.
