Description

A life-sized ceramic reproduction of a savannah zebra. The majestic, lying zebra is handcrafted entirely in black and white and perfectly fits any interior in a contemporary, modern, or art déco style. It adds an African touch to your decor.

Like all Marioni accessories, this piece is crafted with typical Italian craftsmanship and finesse, paying close attention to detail. It complements both traditional and modern furniture. Quality is guaranteed through internal production processes certified according to ISO 9001-2015 standards.

MARIONI is a family story

The brand, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition. The workshop’s initial artisanal character quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has taken on its current corporate identity. Starting from ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its range of interior accessories, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are characterized by creative details and handcrafted craftsmanship.

After Paolo’s premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and international expansion.
It was during this time that the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic and fabric, and heralding success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products inspired by the past, with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy.”

The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution worldwide and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has enabled the brand to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.

In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s firstborn, joined the company as head of communications and quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the brand continues to build on fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are shared with the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
