The company began its operations in the late 1980s, revolutionizing the world of weaving craftsmanship. It uses Himalayan wool from local sheep for production. These sheep graze at over 14,000 feet above sea level, and their wool is rich in lanolin. This unique property makes the brand’s carpets more resistant to dirt.
Beautiful colors result from manual processing and dyeing. Inspirations for the carpets include Venetian fabrics, Tibetan and Buddhist symbols, art, architecture, and nature. Many patterns are inspired by tropical leaf shapes or the hues of the setting sun over the towering Himalayas.
All products are handmade from carefully selected silk and Himalayan wool yarns. Coloring is a completely natural process that uses organic materials—nuts, roots, or saffron—ensuring the highest quality.
