Made from Himalayan wool with a silk blend, the Horizon model is available in five color options. The designer, when creating these pieces, gave them names inspired by five different water reservoirs. Each version is available in the Designers Studio category.
Although applied arts are often marginalized and underestimated, Warp & Weft products are the perfect proof that they can rival the most beautiful symphonies. Delicate yet durable, fluffy, shiny, stain-resistant, and exceptional – these are exactly Warp & Weft rugs.
The origins of the New York-based company date back to 2001, when Michael Mandapati decided to establish this unique place.
Materials used include, for example, Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, as well as nettle, hemp, and linen. For dyeing – plants, which is a very eco-friendly processing method and will surely appeal to all those who care about ecology.
All products are made in Nepal, where talented artisans craft them by hand. Afterwards, the rugs are sent to Switzerland, where they are finished, gaining a unique appearance. Thanks to an increased content of lanolin, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and acquire a remarkable shine.
