Made from Himalayan wool blended with silk, the Horizon model is available in five color options. The designer, when creating these pieces, named them after five different water reservoirs. Each version is available in the Designers Studio category.
Although applied arts are often marginalized and underestimated, Warp & Weft products are a perfect proof that they can rival the most beautiful symphony. Delicate yet durable, fluffy, shiny, stain-resistant, and exceptional – these are exactly the W&W rugs.
The origins of the New York-based company date back to 2001, when Michael Mandapati decided to establish this unique place.
Materials used include, for example, Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, nettle, hemp, and linen. For dyeing – plants, which is a very eco-friendly processing method and will surely appeal to all who care about ecology.
All products are made in Nepal, where talented artisans craft them by hand. Afterwards, the rugs are sent to Switzerland, where they are finished, gaining a unique appearance. Thanks to increased lanolin content, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and acquire a distinctive shine.
