The origins of the New York-based company date back to 2001, when Michael Mandapati decided to establish this unique place.
The products are made using, for example, Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, and nettle, hemp, and linen. For dyeing, they use plants, which is a very eco-friendly processing method and will surely appeal to all those who care about ecology.
All products are crafted in Nepal, where talented artisans create them by hand. Afterwards, the rugs are sent to Switzerland, where they are finished, gaining a unique appearance. Thanks to an increased content of lanolin, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and acquire a remarkable shine.
The variety of patterns ensures that Warp & Weft’s collection offers a gem to suit even the most refined tastes.
