Model Orbit is woven with a density of 120 knots, 15 threads per knot. The silk used for its creation comes from Dandong, a town renowned worldwide for its textile industry. The cheerful pattern on the rug brightens the interior and adds a touch of lightness.
Fort Street Studio was founded by a talented couple of individualists – Janis Provisor and Brad Davis. They channeled their immense passion for art into interior design. Before that, their works were exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, and Albright Knox Gallery.
Thanks to the creativity and exceptional skills of this duo, a company different from others was born. It is based on unique, interesting patterns and carefully selected materials. Fort Street Studio – the name derives from the founders’ former address – has been setting trends in interior design for 20 years. The brand has been present at exclusive fairs in Paris, London, and Milan. In 2010, it collaborated with the French department store Hermès.
